I have never been able to use this service sending an email (I think Outlook Express) as a result of this "pop3" nonsense Can anyone help me sort out the problem in language easily understand because it is a very important document that I urgently needed to send.

It appears that you do not have to express their views properly configured to send e-mail. If you normally use Outlook Express for e-mail you go to Tools and then Accounts. Click the email tab. Select what is shown in Table then go to properties. Click the Servers tab. In the outgoing mail server to put in whatever outgoing mail server of your ISP. If you normally get Internet to check e-mail go to the website of e-mail and create a new message. You will have the option to attach the message. Know the location of trying to send and attach it. Good luck and good day.
